Personal data is collected for the purpose of registering the customer and activating the procedures for executing the contract and the related necessary communications. This data is processed electronically in compliance with applicable laws and may be disclosed only upon request by judicial authorities or other authorities authorized by law.
The interested party enjoys the rights set forth in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, namely: to request confirmation of the existence of their personal data at the Track Frame Motorsport headquarters; to know their origin, the logic behind, and the purpose of their processing; to obtain updates, corrections, and additions; to request their deletion, anonymization, or blocking in the event of unlawful processing; To object to their processing for legitimate reasons or if the data is used to send advertising materials, commercial information, market research, direct sales, or interactive commercial communications.
To obtain the deletion of your personal data, you must send a written communication by fax or post to the company headquarters.

Track Frame Motorsport guarantees that any information provided for promotional purposes will be processed in accordance with the Legislative Decree. 196/2003.
Track Frame Motorsport also communicates that pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, the user data provided when signing the purchase order and/or completing the invoice are excluded from the interested party's consent as they are collected in accordance with tax/fiscal obligations established by law, regulations, and EU legislation and, in any case, for the sole purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the purchase contract to which the interested party is party and/or for the acquisition of the necessary contractual information, always and exclusively activated at the request of the latter (Article 24, Letters A and B, Legislative Decree 196/2003).
User Rights
Pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation, the User may, in accordance with the procedures and within the limits established by current legislation, exercise The following rights:
- know its origin;
- receive intelligible communication of it;
- have information about the logic, methods, and purposes of the processing;
- request the updating, rectification, integration, erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
- in cases of consent-based processing, receive, at the sole cost of any media, the data provided to the data controller, in a structured and machine-readable format and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Italian Data Protection Authority – link to the Garante's page);
- as well as, more generally, exercise all the rights granted to them by the applicable laws.
Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller.
In the event that the data is processed based on legitimate interests, the rights of the data subjects are guaranteed (with the exception of the right to data portability, which is not provided for by the law), in particular the right to object to the processing, which can be exercised by sending a request to the data controller.
