RETURNS, REFUNDS, SHIPMENTS SHIPMENTS
Shipments re made within 24-48 of the day following the date of payment crediting. The Out Stock products provide for a shipment with timing ranging from 5 to 15 days from the date of accreditation. You will be notified in any case if the product is not in stock.
If you are not satisfied with your order, the goods must be returned within 5 days from the shipping date by contacting us by e-mail and explaining the problem in detail.
To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@Track-Frame.com within 5 days from receiving the order. Upon receipt of the return request, we will examine the reasons and send the customer a written confirmation by e-mail.
The customer can then proceed with sending the product to one of our dedicated stores (which will be specified to the customer via e-mail): The cost of shipping will be charged to the customer. RE-SENDING OF THE CHANGED PRODUCT as per customer instructions will be at our expense.
Once we receive the item we are reimbursing, we will proceed with the operation. Orders paid by paypal or by bank transfer will be reimbursed to the original departure account. The returned product must be returned within 5 days of receipt of the e-mail containing the return number.
- Returned items must have external protection films (if any), no labels, seal or original packaging must have been removed
- The articles can not be subject to change of product (color, type ...)
- In cases where the customer receives products other than those ordered or declared defective we may request photographic proof.
- We do not accept unauthorized returns.
- We do not accept return goods that do not fully comply with the above conditions. The goods will then be returned to the sender.
